Been crocheting a lot lately.
Making stuff for all my coworkers in telesales for before the project job ends.
I'm now Hollyberry31 on Ravelry. Go take a look if you knit or crochet.
I'll be posting pictures up here too when I get a chance, to show how far I've come since February 20th.
Love you guys. Take care, and I'll do my best to show up on dA as often as possible.

Yay! I wrote 1,130 words today on the 31st chapter of my (former) NaNoWriMo novel! Go me! I might need to add more material in the second draft of the novel when I get around to it. I know some of the stuff I need to add, and I wrote down questions to think about for when I do. I just hope it'll tie up all the loose ends.
"They had their work cut out for them..." Anybody else find this idiom incredibly stupid? I know the origin is said to be from tailoring, but it seems like the phrase should mean the opposite of 'have difficult work ahead of you.' If someone has cut out the pattern pieces for you, wouldn't that save you some time? Cutting out pattern pieces before you sew them takes a long time if you're sewing by hand. I can't find any reasonable conjectures on the internet as to why it means having difficult work ahead as opposed to saving time. As a native English speaker, even I have a hard time with this when I think about it. I can only imagine what a non-native speaker would think. They probably think native speakers are weird. Anybody else have this problem? The more you think about a word or phrase the less sense it makes?
I wrote 713 words today on the 30th chapter of my (former NaNoWriMo) novel. Not much, but that's better than it's been considering that I haven't written anything for the past four days. I'm wondering if I'm pursuing the wrong occupation. How can I make a living as a writer when I can't even think half the time? There's got to be something wrong with me.

I don't knit or crochet, but I definitely want to check out your work! Take care, Holly!
